Elisa Moores was working in her entomology lab, when she was bit by a radioactive spider. Like most lab accidents where a person is bitten by a radioactive creature………… Elisa ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks. After she was released, Elisa decided to take a little road trip with her family and some friends, while stopping to get gas, Elisa ran into the nearby gas station restaurant for a bite to eat. She decided to get her favorite meal, an egg salad. After eating some of the egg salad, she began to feel dizzy and she blacked out. Elisa woke up outside the gas station, laying on the ground. She found that she could hear and understand the communication going on by the nearby anthill that was to the side of her leg. Apparently the residual radiation left in her body, reacted with the badly prepared egg salad, causing a chemical reaction in her body which changed both her brain chemistry, and allowed her to produce new pheromones. The brain change allows June Bug, to speak and understand any insect on the planet, and the pheromones allows her to charm them.
