Description: Morgus is a rather gaunt, pale figure standing about 5'6". He wears a set of robes that were once a magnificient crimson inlaid with golden religious symbols of the Mennonites, but the robe has seen much better centuries and is now mostly tattered giving the viewer glimpses of Morgus' unimpressive frame beneath.

Profile: The ancient Mennonites were a tribe of people on the steppes of what is today modern Russia. The tribe were master craftsmen and philosophers. Their civillization might have gone into the annals of man as one of the greatest of all ages, but the Mennonites suffered but one flaw; they were absolute pacifists. They were continually assailed by the mongols, different dynasties of the chinese and the Tartars of the Russian steppes. The Mennonites called upon their pantheon of deities for help. None of the Mennonite gods wanted the position, so a lottery was drawn to see who would fill the shoes of the God of Battle, and unfortunately for him (and especially the Mennonites) Morgus, who was originally the Demi-God of Cakes and Pastries, won the lottery. In hopelessly over his head, Morgus assumed the mantle of God of Battle. When confronted by Ghengis Khan, Morgus incited the Mennonites to defend themselves in a three tier plan. First, distract the Mongols with a tasty assortment of pastries and cakes. Second, drive the Mongols into a crazed frenzy by insulting their families and mothers, and then Third, play dead and the sugar-crazed, angry Mongol horde would turn in on itself and end the Mongol threat. While the Mennonites had their doubts about his plan, they followed Morgus for, after all, he was the God of Battle... After the complete slaughter of the entire Mennonite civillization, the other gods of the Pantheon ostrisized Morgus and doomed him to 5000 years on earth to atone for his incredibly poor battle planning.
